What are the healthiest foods you can eat? It's an important question, especially if you are on your health journey, but it's also tough to answer because not all healthy foods are created equal. Some are packed with nutrients, while others contain excess amounts of sodium or sugar that may cause health problems in the long run. What should be at the top of your list if you have to choose among various healthy foods? Below are five healthy foods you should eat daily, if possible.
Dark Leafy Greens:
I know I always talk about how important it is to consume dark leafy greens the reason I do it is because I know for a fact the immense benefits these leaves have. If you're not eating enough leafy greens, essential benefits are missing from your diet.
Leafy greens are loaded with calcium, magnesium, iron, and potassium - all essential to human life. But leafy greens also provide plenty of other nutrients too! For example, vitamins C, E, and K.
These vitamins do essential things like maintaining the elasticity of blood vessels and cell walls, providing energy to metabolism for cells' growth, promote immunity against colds and diseases.
I like to call them GREEN CAFFEINE because they're loaded with minerals, vitamins, and micronutrients that help boost your energy.
Berries:
Berries' benefits are endless, from glowing skin to reducing inflammation.

For me writing blogs and creating content is so therapeutic. It's how I vent my emotions by writing and creating content. The past month hasn't been easy for my family and me in every single way. We have been through challenging times. Sometimes, I don't even understand how I can write and put my shit together or even be willing to get up every morning, but I do, no matter what. I'm grateful for every single morning despite the situation we are going through. And, of course, I'm thankful for each of you who takes the time to read my blogs and open my newsletters which means the world to me.
Last but not least, I finally finished my first mini digital e-guide called GUIDE TO HEALTHY GROCERY SHOPPING. Which is up for sale you can get here in the link below:
